*DJ Kolin Insaat Submits Best Bid In Camlibel Power Grid Tender - IHA (MORE TO FOLLOW) Dow Jones Newswires February 18, 2010 09:29 ET (14:29 GMT) *DJ Kolin Insaat Submits $258.5M Bid For Camlibel Grid - IHA (MORE TO FOLLOW) Dow Jones Newswires February 18, 2010 09:29 ET (14:29 GMT) DJ Kolin Insaat Submits $258.5M Bid For Camlibel Grid - IHA ISTANBUL (Dow Jones)--Turkish construction, tourism industry and trade firm Kolin Insaat Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret AS has submitted the highest bid of $258.5 million in a tender to sell 100% of electricity distribution grid Camlibel Elektrik Dagitim AS that operates in central Anatolian region of Turkey, the Ihlas News Agency, or IHA, reports. Turkey's privatization agency OIB is holding a final tender Thursday for the privatization of four state-owned power distribution grids in the country. Earlier Thursday, Aksa Elektrik submitted the highest bid of $100.1 million in the tender for the electricity distribution grid Van Elektrik Dagitim AS, which operates in the southeast of the country. Aksa Elektrik also submitted the highest bid of $230.25 million in the tender for the electricity distribution grid Firat Elektrik Dagitim AS that operates in eastern Turkey. OIB will also hold tender Thursday for Uludag Elektrik Dagitim AS in the northwest of the country. OIB previously said it has received six bids for Van Elektrik Dagitim AS, eight bids for Camlibel Elektrik Dagitim AS, five bids for Firat Elektrik Dagitim AS and nine bids for Uludag Elektrik Dagitim AS.
